A session starts when a visitor opens the chat widget and ends after 24 hours of inactivity. Many messages within that window count as one session.
How does the AI fallback pricing work?
You bring your own OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini key on every plan — PocketPing routes to it directly with no markup. A typical resolution costs about $0.001. We never charge per resolution.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade for immediate access to new limits; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my session limit?
We'll warn you at 80%. If you go over, the widget shows a friendly retry message — we never cut off a conversation mid-chat.
