Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the hosted PocketPing service provided by Ruwad.io(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using PocketPing on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization.

1. The Service

PocketPing is a chat widget that relays conversations between your website visitors and your messaging tools (Telegram, Discord, Slack), with optional AI and automation features. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• send spam, malware, or abusive, harassing, or deceptive content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the hosted Service;
• capture a visitor’s screen via the operator screenshot feature without first disclosing it to the visitor and having a lawful basis (e.g. consent), or to collect sensitive data unlawfully.

4. Your responsibilities as a customer

When you collect data from your visitors through PocketPing, you are the data controller for that data. You are responsible for providing your own privacy notice, obtaining any required consents (including for screen capture), and complying with applicable data protection and consumer laws.

5. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your content and data. We retain ownership of the Service and our trademarks. The open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the hosted Service ends.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ruwad.io is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
